Right of Withdrawal (EU customers) You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the last item, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, use the withdrawal function in your customer account or contact us at [email].
After withdrawal, we will refund all payments within 14 days of receiving your request. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Returns Items must be returned within 14 days of submitting your withdrawal request. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Exceptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Custom or personalized items
- Sealed items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened

Refunds Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Original shipping costs are refunded only if the entire order is returned.
